Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other published material, these Terms prevail.
The campaign will take place during the following period:
Within the overall validity period, there will be two waves during which participants can meet the goal for each wave to receive a reward. These waves are:
Each cardholder will be granted access to the platform to select their reward once their goal has been achieved at the end of each wave and they have been formally notified.
Only those cardholders selected by the Bank who receive communication via email, who are natural people, legal residents of the Cayman Islands, and eighteen (18) years of age or older may participate. Participants must be a resident in the Cayman Islands at the time of entry; otherwise, their participation may be deemed invalid. Additionally, participants must possess a debit card issued by the Bank.
Directors, employees, suppliers (including their staff), and contractors of the Bank and its related entities, as well as their immediate family members or those residing at the same address, are not eligible to participate in the initiative.
To be eligible to participate in the promotion, a cardholder’s account must be in good standing and their personal contact information, including address, email address, and phone number, must be current (both at the time of entry and at the time of notifying qualifying participants).
Participation in the Campaign is limited to eligible cardholders who opt in by clicking the “Participate Now” button through an official campaign communication or designated digital channel. Upon clicking the button, the cardholder will be redirected to the Campaign landing page and will be deemed an official participant. By opting in, the cardholder confirms their participation and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Each cardholder is eligible to select one (1) Amazon Gift Card when they meet their goal in the first wave.
Each goal is personalised and depends on the cardholder's individual spend target, which is based on previous purchases made using their debit card. The value of the Amazon Gift Card will be determined based on the cardholder’s spend goal, as set out in the Campaign segmentation section.
Amazon Gift Cards will be delivered and redeemed in accordance with these Terms and are subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions (as applicable).
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, each reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
In Wave 2, eligible cardholders can earn an Amazon Gift Card by completing their personalised spend goal during the Wave 2 campaign period.
Each goal is tailored based on the cardholder’s previous debit card spending. The value of the Amazon Gift Card will follow the same structure used in Wave 1 and may vary depending on whether the cardholder participated in Wave 1, as outlined in the campaign segmentation section.
Amazon Gift Cards will be delivered and redeemed in accordance with these Terms and will be subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions (as applicable). Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, the Amazon Gift Card is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
Cardholders are segmented based on their debit card spend and usage profile. The reward is determined by each cardholder’s assigned spend goal, including the applicable Amazon Gift Card amount (for Wave 1 and 2). For Wave 2, the Amazon Gift Card amounts may vary depending on whether or not the cardholder participated in Wave 1.
Unless otherwise stated in these Terms, Amazon Gift Card values may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged.
Qualifying participants will be notified via the email address listed in their cardholder profile no later than thirty (30) business days following the completion of the corresponding goal. Notification is considered effective once the individual acknowledges receipt of the communication, or after two (2) business days have passed since the email was sent or call made, whichever occurs first. The reward (Amazon Gift Card) will be delivered along with redemption details via email.
A reward will be deemed forfeited (and the qualified participant will lose any right, title, or entitlement to the reward) if the qualified participant fails to satisfy any applicable claim, redemption, or usage requirements under these Terms.
Without limitation, a reward may be deemed forfeited if: (i) a selected qualifying participant does not claim their reward within five (5) business days after being notified; or (ii) an Amazon Gift Card is subject to a specified redemption or usage period and the qualifying participant does not redeem or use the Amazon Gift Card within that period. Any forfeited reward will not be replaced, and no compensation, cash alternative, or substitute reward will be provided.
The announcement to cardholders who meet their goal and are eligible to redeem a reward will be made only once via email, and it will be the qualifying cardholders’ responsibility to log into the platform to redeem their reward within the specified time. Failure to do so will result in the reward being deemed forfeited.
The Bank accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received or recorded by the Bank for any reason. The Bank is not liable for any consequences of user error, including (without limitation) costs incurred. The Bank will not enter into any correspondence.
The Bank expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit, and the Bank's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Bank expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms at any time.
The Bank and / or any reward supplier are not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share your reward.
The qualifying cardholder is responsible for all other unspecified costs related to a reward, including but not limited to meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), special seating assignments, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, taxes and costs associated with ongoing use of the reward, among others.
Each entrant acknowledges that their words and actions, and those of their guest (if applicable), may be remembered. Each entrant agrees to familiarise themselves with the Bank’s values and to act in a way that aligns with those values. Entrants should take care to ensure their actions and those of any guest do not adversely affect others or the reputation of the Bank.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Bank, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Bank reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the promotion or to disqualify any individual who the Bank reasonably suspects has tampered with the entry process.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bank excludes all warranties, representations, or guarantees ("Warranties") in relation to the promotion and any rewards, including any Warranties made in the course of advertising or promoting the promotion. The conduct of the promotion and the supply of rewards may involve third parties, and the Bank makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability regarding any such third parties, their actions, or omissions. By entering the promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Bank and its related bodies corporate (including their officers, employees, and agents) from any actions, penalties, liabilities, claims, or demands the entrant may have against the Bank, or that the Bank may incur, arising from any loss or damage suffered as a result of entering or participating in the promotion, winning or failing to receive a reward , or using or allowing others to use the reward. This does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded by law, or which would render any part of this clause void or unenforceable.

It is possible that tax implications may arise from accepting a reward. The Bank and any reward supplier do not accept any responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a reward. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The promotion and these Terms will be governed by the law of the Cayman Islands. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of the Cayman Islands in connection with disputes concerning the promotion.
