Meet & Greet

Your Butterfield Mastercard gives you access to curbside reception, guidance through the airline check-in process, luggage support on departure, and expedited assistance through security screening.

• Please note the redemption of this benefit is for travel departing from Owen Roberts International Airport only.
• To enjoy this benefit, please register below and submit your personal and flight details at least 5 calendar days prior to your departure. 
• Each cardholder may include one (1) guest under a single registration. If additional members are traveling, a separate registration must be completed by another eligible Butterfield Mastercard cardholder.
• You must present the QR code sent to your email to your designated greeter located at Door 2. You will also be required to present your Butterfield Mastercard, which must match the name on your travel reservation.
