What is the “Always On” Campaign?
“Always On” is a promotional initiative by Butterfield x Mastercard that offers exclusive benefits to Butterfield Mastercard credit and debit cardholders when they use their cards at select merchants across the Cayman Islands. These benefits include experiential, dining, and convenience offerings that are available during specific periods and under certain conditions.
Participation & Eligibility
Who can participate in the Campaign?
The campaign is open to individuals who are legal residents of the Cayman Islands, at least 18 years of age, and who hold a Butterfield Mastercard personal debit or credit card. Eligible participants must also have an account in good standing with up-to-date contact details.
How do I participate in the campaign?
To participate in the campaign, simply use your Butterfield Mastercard personal debit or credit card at any of the participating locations in the Cayman Islands during the promotional periods outlined for each offer.
Do I need to register to participate?

Benefits
What are the available benefits/merchants?
- Island Naturals: Valid from July 15 to September 15. Spend $100 KYD or more in a single transaction at Island Natural Wellness Store (Earth Close) or Collections (The Grove) and get $20 KYD off with your Butterfield Mastercard.
- Agua Group (Agua, Aria, Next Door, Allora): Valid from August 5 to September 30.
- 2x1 wines by the glass at Agua (Lunch. Monday – Saturday)
- 2x1 cocktails in Aria (Dinner. Tuesday – Sunday)
- 2x1 cocktail, wine and beer in Allora (Dinner. Daily)
- 2x1 cocktails in ND by Hey Palu (Dinner. Monday – Saturday)
- Hotel Indigo: Valid from October 1 to November 30. 50% off the exclusive Pom Pom Sunset package, which includes 2 Latin-inspired cocktails and 2 shareable premium small plates. Access to a Mastercard branded reserved table during Prime Sunset hours (4–6 PM). Adults only.
- Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa: From October 1 to November 30. 40% off a wellness experience that includes a deep tissue massage enhanced with aromatherapy and essential oils.

Are these benefits available at all times?

Can I exchange the benefit for cash?
